As a native teacher I am responsible for providing curriculum-based lessons to the children. I also have the responsibility of listening to and taking feedback from parents to increase and maintain satisfaction. Furthermore, talking and listening to the children is also an integral part of my role as this further allows me to create a fun and enriching environment; as well as providing an environment children feel safe in and customers feel happy and comfortable with. In order to do this, I work closely with my colleagues and maintain steady and effective communication.
- 仕事の魅力、面白いところはどこですか？
One of the most rewarding and appealing parts of my job is the appreciation received by the customers as this allows me to directly see the results and impact of my teaching and care. As well as this I find it interesting to be able to contribute to the increase in knowledge of the English language in Japan. I also get to closely interact with the children and discover their individuality. Additionally, an interesting part of my job is being able to track the progression of the children, this is a huge motivator as it allows me to directly see the impact of our work.

Personally, I favored how they listened to both customers and employees to find out how to make both happy and create a harmonic balance. From the moment I joined I was treated with great respect, encouraged and appreciated for the work that I do. One of the greatest aspects is the level of appreciation given by the school director and managers, since my first day at the company I was given respect and valued for my work.

I believe me and my colleagues have a good relationship with each other and keep communication open which allows us to keep a good working environment. This makes it easy to efficiently work together and help overcome any hurdles and share information together.
