As an instructor at KidsDuo, my primary role is to teach English to children in an engaging and enjoyable way. I strive to create a positive learning environment where kids feel confident using English. Additionally, I help my colleagues by adjusting lesson plans, managing task distribution, and ensuring smooth class operations.

Beyond teaching, I focus on maintaining the motivation of my team. A group of energetic and enthusiastic teachers greatly benefits the children's learning experience. To achieve this, I make an effort to recognize my colleagues' strengths and foster a supportive work environment.

My goal is to create a classroom where both students and teachers can grow. By balancing well-structured lesson plans with a warm and encouraging atmosphere, I aim to maximize the children's learning potential while improving the overall work environment.

仕事の魅力、面白いところはどこですか?

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing children grow and gain confidence in speaking English. When they start using what they've learned and express themselves in a new language, their excitement is truly fulfilling.

I also find great satisfaction in supporting my colleagues. Encouraging and motivating them helps create a better workplace, which in turn enhances the children's learning experience. Seeing both students and fellow teachers thrive makes this job incredibly meaningful to me.

I was drawn to KidsDuo because of its immersive English-learning environment. The approach of exposing children to English naturally while keeping lessons fun resonated with me.

Additionally, I appreciated the company's support system for teachers. I saw an opportunity not only to be an instructor but also to take on a leadership role by guiding and motivating my colleagues. This combination of teaching and team development was a major factor in my decision to join.

入社してやりたかったことを教えてください。

My goal was to create a classroom where children feel that learning English is fun. I wanted to ensure that all students, regardless of their English proficiency, experience a sense of achievement in their learning journey.

Additionally, I aimed to improve overall workplace efficiency. By assisting with lesson plan adjustments and task distribution, I sought to enhance both student progress and staff satisfaction. Creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best remains one of my priorities.
