As an Assistant Manager, I am responsible for operations management at KidsDuo.
I formulate hypotheses based on quantitative data, such as feedback from parents and sales progress received from each school. I work closely with on-site teams to develop operational processes and initiatives necessary to enhance parental satisfaction, which leads to more sales. My goal is to ensure that KidsDuo, which we operate in 八潮・竹ノ塚・ときわ台・早稲田, provides an environment that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

The most rewarding aspect is receiving direct appreciation from customers and being able to confirm the impact of my proposals through quantitative data. After all, the greatest motivation in my work comes from customers' happiness. Additionally, having data allows me to evaluate whether my proposals were effective or not. Being able to discuss these insights with my superiors and learn new approaches that I wouldn't have thought of on my own is something I truly appreciate.

One of the great aspects of this company is that if you have the ability and a proven track record, you are entrusted with responsibility regardless of your age or tenure.
I was born in 1995 and am still quite young, but whenever I made proposals, I was given various opportunities. Of course, I always put my utmost effort into those opportunities, but there were times when I felt discouraged before achieving results.
During those moments, the president taught me two invaluable lessons through work: "Take on challenges" and "Never give up." These lessons are treasures that I will cherish for a lifetime.

I have always wanted to take on managerial roles and cultivate a strong business mindset.
At my previous workplace, young employees were rarely given such opportunities, and every day was simply about completing tasks assigned by my superiors.
Therefore, I continued my job search, and as a result, Dream Gardens entrusted me with a future full of possibilities. For that, I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.
