Besides watching over kids, I provide them English lessons through games conversations and kids duo materials and assisting staff members if they require assistance.

The most challenging aspect of my career has been dealing with people from a variety of cultures and understanding their values, as well as providing training to them, while maintaining the satisfaction of kids who enjoy coming to kids duo. In order to overcome these challenges, I continue to put myself in their shoes and try to understand their viewpoint in order to provide a solution that meets their needs while maintaining a positive working environment while overcoming these challenges.
- 入社後にあった仲間との良いエピソードを教えてください。
Among my most memorable experiences at the company was when the president hosted a birthday party at the headquarters, but many of our department members were unable to attend because of work commitments, so management decided to throw another party for the president for just our department. When everyone could attend, we went to karaoke and sang a lot, and we all had a great time. It was a great opportunity to meet other teachers from other schools, as well as other colleagues.

When teaching kids, I strive to understand each child's personality and individual strengths and how to best support them so they will grow and develop into a valuable member of society.
